Talent Acquisition Partner- Remote Position- Midwest or West Coast Area Preferred

About the PositionThis position will be responsible for executing current recruiting needs, as well as building external talent pipeline for forecasted talent demand.
This position delivers high quality professional candidates and advances the Kenco brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Kenco selection process.
This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the community-at-large.
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and multitasking skills coupled with a high attention to detail.
A successful candidate will be imaginative, a problem-solver, resilient in an environment of fast-paced change and highly collaborative.
Functions Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Kenco leaders, vendors, organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
Proactively conduct research to uncover potential candidates.
Leverage networking, cold calling and complex internet searches and research.
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, basic qualifications and technical expertise.
Building and maintaining a competitive intelligence database by qualifying and extracting information from multiple data sources to create a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure adherence to the selection process and compliance documentation.
Provide timely feedback to all candidates.
Build and develop high value relationships and hiring potential candidates.
Assist in the training and developing of additional recruiters.
Prescreen candidates, and create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
Prepare candidates for interviewing with Kenco and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions and expectation setting.
Initiate and maintain excellent working relationships within the Kenco organization.
Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, and appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts, both verbally and in written form on a timely basis.
Attend job fairs and conferences specific to industry in order to find qualified candidates.
Qualification Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 - 5 years' full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a fast paced, corporate environment, to include experience recruiting for logistics, transportation, engineering and IT positions.
Must have experience working closely with hiring managers, executing and delivering full life cycle recruiting activities with proven resultsSalary:
