EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. High school, GED, Vocational High School or Technical College or equivalent experience.
2. 1 year workable knowledge of Fanuc, Panasonic, Motoman, ABB, Nachi Robots.
3. The ability and willingness to travel including destinations requiring a passport NOTE: Travel 75%+
4. The ability to communicate well with customers
5. Electrical troubleshooting and basic wiring skills preferred
6. The ability to train others on software that you have knowledge of
7. Knowledge of basic weld parameters and torch angles.
8. Understand communication between PLC and robot integration.
9. Ability to troubleshoot simple wiring issues on tools.
10. Ability to read customer weld prints.
11. Hands on experience in manufacturing environment working with plant machinery,
12. The ability to program, startup, troubleshooting, and repair robots, with an emphasis on programming is preferred.
13. Knowledge and experience with robotics in automotive applications including robot interface, programming, or peripheral equipment integration/ operation.
14. Troubleshooting & problem solving skills for new and existing equipment.
15. Robot and PLC interface code development and debug experience.
16. Incumbent must be able to understand technical manuals and specifications
RESPONSIBILITIES(Including but not limited to the following)
1. Set up PLC and robot communications on new and old equipment.
2. Communicate between Tooling Tech and PLC Programmers.
3. Set up new and refurbished cells at customer facilities.
4. Responsibilities for troubleshooting and maintaining plant equipment.
5. General manufacturing engineering duties, working with robotics programming
6. Document and organize all technical details.
7. Optimize equipment, cycle time reduction and minimize downtime.
8. Work on several projects in various stages of completion.
9. Travel throughout the country including Mexico and Canada 75%+

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
