Inbound Marketing Specialist Location:
Flexible/Remote We are seeking a talented and experienced Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer.
This candidate will be responsible for driving inbound traffic from strategic sources that they define as most productive, leveraging their historic and demonstrable performance in delivering quality inbound leads within the 3PL/Logistics sector.
This role requires a strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and a proven track record of creating and delivering high-velocity lead generation systems tailored to the logistics industry.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads to our website and other digital properties.
Identify and prioritize strategic sources for inbound traffic based on historic performance and industry trends.
Create and optimize content assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to attract and engage target audiences.
Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels to increase brand visibility and generate inbound leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales targets.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of inbound marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in inbound marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Evaluation Period:
The first 90 days of your tenure will serve as an assessment period to evaluate your sales acumen.
During this time, we'll be looking for the following leadership qualities:

Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including the ability to establish and analyze metrics using tools like Excel and generate quality management reports.

Establishment of quarterly goals for team members, coupled with regular meetings to track business activities, review metrics, and assign tasks.
Effective problem-solving skills, fostering a logical and systematic approach within the team.
Qualifications:
Experience in inbound marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing roles within the logistics or supply chain industry.
Proven track record of success in creating and delivering high-velocity lead generation systems specific to the logistics industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.
g.
, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to track and measure performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage target audiences across multiple channels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Additional Components:
Active participation in weekly Sales L10 meetings, providing essential performance data.
Maintenance of client data in our CRM system to ensure pipeline visibility for leadership.
Participation in EOS meetings, advocating for EOS principles within the sales team.
Contribution as a strategic thought leader, collaborating with the sales team for future planning.
Building strong collaborative relationships with the Operations team to facilitate effective collaboration.
Adaptation of sales tactics, strategies, and methodologies in response to evolving market conditions.

To be negotiated based on history of performance.
