Summary:
This full-time position is responsible for greeting incoming patients and performing other clerical/administrative duties to support the Infusion Center while supporting and demonstrating TwelveStone's values and philosophies in the accomplishment of our mission.
This position is not eligible for telework.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments.
Receive and sort mail, scan documents, etc.
Collects data from patients, including insurance information, demographics, and home medication lists.
Verifies benefits prior to Infusion Center appointments.
Collects Out of Pocket/Co-insurance payments from patients.
Greets patients and families, answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate person.
Check in patients for the infusion center appointments.
Sets up, cleans, and disinfects exam rooms and medical equipment and maintains stock of medications and medical supplies.
Practices safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods.
(Medical Assistant) Must report to work on time, maintain acceptable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Education High school diploma or GED required.
Certified as a Medical Assistant preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar administrative role, medical practice setting/reception preferred.
Must be proficient in MS Office and use to other technology.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
