Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Process customer returns and exchanges - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Demonstrate knowledge of POS systems and efficiently process transactions - Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges - Handle phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Experience with POS systems preferred - Ability to handle basic math calculations for cash handling - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels as needed - Previous customer service experience is preferred We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
