As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team by transferring data from Excel spreadsheets to our internal system.
This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Transfer data from Excel spreadsheets to our internal system with a high level of accuracy.
Verify and ensure the integrity of data during the migration process.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies in the data.
Organize and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with data entry and data migration tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data entry tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.
Familiarity with mention any specific software or systems used in your organization is a plus.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.
