- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement - Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and finding appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Qualifications:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
