We are searching for an organizational phenom and customer service expert to serve as an effective first impression and helpful source of information and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will also provide general assistance to company management, and organize and execute general office functions.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is critical.
You will require a thorough working knowledge of common business software applications, as well as an easy ability to learn industry-specific software ecosystems.

Director of New Markets, CEO Summary The Customer Service Associate is responsible for day-to-day execution of general front office functions of the company including telephone reception, managing, referring and/or closing basic customer service and sales inquiries, resolving daily customer payments, orders, and accounts, organization of office assets, general light assistance for company management, and completion of special projects.
