Advance your career with training for all positions We promote from within Health Insurance Flexible Scheduling Discount of food Qualifications This position requires the ability to prioritize and organize all while being responsible and willing to work in a team enviroment Requires experience as a Food Expeditor or similar role in a restaurant Needs the physical ability and stamina to carry trays, stand for periods of time, and stay focused under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
Responsibilities This position will serve as a liason between the kitchen staff and service staff to coordinate outgoing food items and responsible for ensuring high standards of plate presentation and food quality The Food Expeditor will display a sense of urgency with a positive attitude.
Clear communication with the ability to read out orders in a loud manner Review ticket times to ensure they meet and exceed standards Maintain knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, preparation methods, ingredients, and garnishes Complete plate presentations accordingly to recipe satisfaction Act as a final quality check on plate presentation for food temps, garnishments, ticket time, set-up and maintain work area to ensure it is kept clean, organized and well stocked Our passion for authentic, made from scratch cooking is our reason for being at State of Confusion.
We traveled to remote regions, learned from the locals, and crafted a menu we feel shares our incredible experience and commitment to serving geniune cultural cuisine.
