The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
This includes sorting orders, processing returns, and managing inventory.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and distribute merchandise in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Ensure that all orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
Inspect merchandise for damages or defects.
Assist customers with any inquiries or complaints they may have regarding their orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
