The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented and have a desire to ensure all areas of the home are spotless, while being careful to protect the property while cleaning.
Candidates need to be friendly and open to communication, as they will be working directly with customers in their homes.
The position is 1099.
We provide a thorough on-the-job paid internship to teach our methods in order to maintain the Plenty Clean standards.
Prior to the internship, candidates are required to pay for and pass a background check.
Upon completion, candidates are required to have general liability insurance with theft.
Internship pay is $15/hour, once assigned clients/schedule, candidates will earn 80% of every home assigned, plus 100% of all tips and first-time cleaning fees.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining blinds, ceiling fans, doorframes.
Dusting all furniture.
Deep cleaning of kitchens.
Deep cleaning of bathrooms.
Clean glass doors.
Streak free stainless steal.
3-step floor cleaning process.
Thorough general residential cleaning.
