Full Time ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Corporate Card Administrator will administer Customer's global corporate card programs.
Deliverables & Responsibilities Approves increases card holder's credit limits in response to requests and needs.
Approves card holder's expense report submissions.
Identifies inappropriate charges on the corporate card.
Identifies fraudulent charges on the corporate card and managing fraud reporting process with the corporate card issuer.
Administer and manage Customer's global corporate card programs, including expense reports and requisite accounting.
Responsible for the review and processing of new cards for employees globally including coordinating with banks.
Responsible for canceling cards held by employees as necessary including discretionary application of cancellation timing Reconcile payments against employee expense to ensure all the charges are compliant with Customer Corporate policy.
Reconcile employee expense against card charges to make sure they are either expense reported or reimbursed.
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in applicable field; accounting, business, economics, or finance is required.
0-2 years of experience in finance related field.
