Summary:
As the Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and supervise the Warehouse Team.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining an inventory tracking system, identifying and implementing process improvements, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
You'll also, monitor inventory flow to adhere to the FIFO system, and maintain a positive work environment for all employees.
Additionally, you'll assist in managing delivery vehicle schedules and evaluating staff performance.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
? Reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer ? Maintain an inventory tracking system to ensure accurate and timely recording of all product movements ? Identify and suggest operating procedures to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize warehouse operations ? Supervise the warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring that they meet performance targets ? Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, production, and retail to ensure that inventory levels are appropriate and that shipping deadlines are met ? Oversee the receipt, storage, and delivery of all incoming and outgoing products, including outsourced products from other companies ? Monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations ? Ensure that all inventory flows adhere to the FIFO system (First in, First Out) ? Assist in the implementation of training programs for warehouse employees to ensure proper handling and storage of products ? Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with retail store managers and franchisees to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products ? Ensure that all warehouse equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and in good working order ? Assist in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the performance of warehouse operations ? Manage the schedule and routing of delivery vehicles to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products ?
