Minimum high school diploma Associate degree preferred.
1-3 years' experience in an office setting; experience in small company a plus.
Must be open to doing many different tasks with an open mind and good spirit Must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and customers.
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining clarity of direction.
Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist the me with my daily activities.
This varies widely because there are 3 different divisions in our business.
Some office work, some warehouse work, running errands, delivering supplies, dropping off vehicles to different locations, etc.
Quickbooks desktop version experience is a huge plus Accurately enters all necessary information into spreadsheets, Quickbooks, Payroll, invoicing, etc General Knowledge of automobiles is a huge plus There are many different activities that need to be completed on a daily and weekly basis.
The more you are experienced in and willing to do, the more opportunity and pay there will be.
