The hours would be from 11pm - 7:
30am Sunday- Thursday plus any required OT.
The Lead will ensure that all associates follow site safety regulations and requirements.
The Team Lead will delegate responsibilities to associates based on the customers daily production needs utilizing the provided customer software (SAP).
Acting as a coach/leader of all associates, the Team Lead will lead by example and inspire team mates to fulfill their individual daily tasks in addition to their own.
