Summary:
The Warehouse Clerk helps to meet and exceed departmental objectives to better the overall company.
This is achieved by scheduling efficiently, gathering metric pertinent information and helping to satisfy all customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer requirements systematically as well as physically.
Track usage equipment assigned to the operations insuring our ability to handle scheduled loads.
Keep up to date all inbound and outbound information.
Suggest processes and documents to better meet and exceed customer standards.
Performs additional duties as required under the direction of the Warehouse supervisor.
Adheres to safety guidelines.
Keep up with what each team member is working on to allow for the daily tasks to be completed efficiently.
Supports as needed during audits and customer visits pertaining to Warehouse inventory and scheduling.
Alert supervisor of any issues that arise.
Performs job duties with little assistance.
Assist with pulling files as needed.
Assist dock workers as needed Knows all functions of inventory system Requirements:
Educational:
Be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.

year of warehouse experience Technical:
Quality standards knowledge.
Use of all MHE pertaining to operations.
Physical:
Regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds Occasionally move and/or lift up to 100 pounds (with assistance) Standing up to 10 hours at a time.
Environment:
Work is performed in warehouse environment with the associated hazards.
Training:
Requires on the job training as required to meet job requirements Requires special skills based on extensive training and experience.

Decision Making & Problem Solving:
Able to make clear and accurate decisions.
Policies and Procedures:
Able to conform to all established procedures and work activities.
Interaction:
Able to communicate well verbally and in writing with employees and management as needed.
Initiative:
Able to function with minimum supervision.

Able to lead discussions and meetings with senior management staff Must be able to work in a team environment.
Ability to interface and communicate with people effectively.
