$17 an hour - Full-time OR Part-time welcome.
(Mon-Friday 9am-5pm work hours for Full-time.
) Responsible for maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, performing general cleaning, as well as fixing common issues such as leaks and replacement of doors, stoves and general maintenance work.
Knowledge of HVAC as well as an HVAC license are highly preferred.
Electric knowledge is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
(Stoves and Fridges will need to be moved and replaced) Ability to work in a team as well as staying organized and focused.
