This is an awesome opportunity for the right candidate with the right experience.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC with a proven track record in HVAC installation, repair, and replacement in a residential community setting.

At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
At least 3 years of Multi-Family experience Valid Drivers License CPO, HVAC and EPA Certification (preferred).
You must be Authorized to work in the US and you must have reliable transportation.
