Work will be at properties all over the greater Chattanooga area.

Full-time, Hourly, W2 Rate:
18-25/hr, based on experience Requirements:
Must have a vehicle Must have your own tools Must show up on time Must communicate with the Supervisor when jobs are completed or any work needed that isn't part of the scope of work.

Doorby Property Management is a real estate management company.
We manage the investments properties of our clients.
We coordinate the rental, maintenance and other tasks relating to the management of a real estate property.
We were founded in 2020 in Chattanooga, TN.
About the role:
High level problem solving and customer service skills are highly valued.
The ability and willingness to get dirty often.
You will be lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders and working tools.
You will be asked to fill in on other roles, as needed, such as helping change locksets, move furniture after an eviction, etc.
Responsibilities:
Seeing a job through from start to finish.
Picking up supplies from our supply houses.
Following the scope of work and not deviating from it without consent from your supervisor.
Tracking your hours for each job.
Submitting your notes (description of work done), time on job, photos and receipts to your supervisor.
Taking care of the property you are assigned until work is completed.
Being efficient on the job.
A time budget will be given for when the job should be completed.
Communication with the supervisor will be given if the job is prolonged.
