3 Quick Apply Full-time Contract 20 hours ago Full Job Description The Process Operations Specialist's primary task in daily business operations and related tasks is to serve as a link in the organization to drive project activities across the department and respective functions.
Prepare and ensure timely implementation of changes.

Responsibilities:
Follows up on outstanding items on behalf of the department in a proactive and timely manner.
Develops a deep understanding of the organizational structure and the relationship between functions and departments within VWGoA and Volkswagen Group.
Research complex issues & advises accordingly.
Change Management responsibility by managing responses to engineering change requests (AKO, AeA and AWE) on behalf of the entire Quality Assurance Department (CQ).
Ensures that responses are evaluated and responded to within timeline for pre-series and series changes.
Furthermore, identify priority technical changes in the AVON system that must be implemented as soon as possible.
Champions Q-Schleppe pushing Topics until implementation, tracking, and follow ups.
Coordinates and participates in activities with other project teams or external groups.
Supports and/or steers special initiatives when required (i.
e.
Double-Q, special meeting setup/ break down).
Support with monitoring and tracking of main KPI's for FAP (DDR, Field Warranty, JDP, KPM timelines, etc.
).
Chattanooga contact for Q-Offensive for open topics.
Q-Offensive topics include, tracking and support of the Q-Blatt with correlation of TE and PH Tracking of open and approved Q-Offensive points will be tracked through the biweekly Q-Offensive task force which includes Zwickau and Emden plants Chattanooga Plant support in the weekly PMZ meetings with Germany Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years of related job experience in automotive manufacturing Client Office products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with project management and leading small teams Strong communications Desired Skills Master's degree in engineering or a related field of study Knowledge of VW AG systems and methodology Job Types:
