Director, Human Resources and Education Siskin Hospital has an immediate opening for a Director of Human Resources and Education. This senior leadership position will report directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer. Provides advice, education, service and consultation to each hospital division concerning the effective management of the hospital's human resources. Key areas of responsibility include: Personnel administration Benefits and compensation administration Management training and development Employment, recruiting and selection, equal employment Human resources planning and organizational development Coordination of Volunteer Services Program Provides oversight for new employee orientation, annual mandatory education, and any hospital-wide educational initiatives. Bachelor's degree required. Graduate degree in human resources administration preferred. Minimum of five years experience. Experience should encompass all aspects of the Human Resources function. Supervisory experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of Employment law. Written and oral communications skills necessary to make presentation to employees, management staff and Board members. Knowledge of current state and federal laws and regulations involving the human resources function. Must have excellent judgment and decision-making skills. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
