Job Description:
Qualified candidate will be working in a fast-paced team environment while making appropriate hiring and employment decisions using independent judgment to determine the best applicants to represent Select Staffing.
Skills/Requirements:
Responsibilities include delivering customer service to clients needing high quality temporary and regular full-time employees for industrial and clerical jobs, recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating potential applicants, and supervising the productivity and efficiency of the temporary associates through follow up and quality control checks. Must be able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands.
Previous staffing/recruiting experience is a BIG plus.
Must haves:
Great communication skills
Good computer skills
Multi-tasker
Team player
High energy and great attitude
This is a challenging, fast-paced career opportunity for a highly organized candidate with excellent time-management skills and a commitment to excellence. This is NOT a 9 to 5 job or a position for someone who prefers to work at their own pace at a desk all day.
This position offers excellent salary, bonus, and benefits, as well as a great management career path.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
