Oversee the operation of all project departments and ensure compliance with all production and performance contractual requirements.
Supervise a child support team, including the direct management of production and performance.
Ensure all Federal timeframes are met.
Perform Quality Assurance on all cases.
Conduct regular team meetings and communicates team goals.
Conducts annual focal point performance evaluations.
Handle all staff scheduling and time off requests.
Responsible for coaching, counseling, training, monitoring, feedback and disciplinary action for a team of 5-15 administrative caseworkers.
Responsible of hire/fire staff (with approval from Operations/Project Manager/HC).
Conduct regular meetings with community partners and stakeholders, including IV-A agency partners, county clerks, county court magistrates, and the Department of Human Services.
Performs outreach and partners with other agencies to manage non-compliance issues.
Performs other duties as assigned by executive management.
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university or two (2) years of experience in similar management role.
Must possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing, to all segments of the population.
Must be able to maintain strong working relationship with client operations 'peer'.
Ability to comfortably perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
Experience in the management of staff; demonstrated supervisory skills.
Relevant years of experience in Child Support establishment and enforcement or collections or Human Services. Experience working with government contracts.
