Data Integration Architect

Responsible for development and admin management of data integration processes in the data environment.
These activities include data extraction, transformation and movement of data, loading, cleaning and the updating process.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Design, configure, implement, monitor and manage all aspects of our Data Integration Framework
Define and adhere to data integration industry best practices and corporate standards
Assist in the ongoing development and documentation of various systems, policies, procedures and customer deliverables
Consults with business and IT on moderately complex to complex business needs and system issues; creates detailed business requirements and technical specifications. Analyzes impact to other reports and processes.
Communicates complex ideas, issues, and system processes to business, MIS and IT department staff.
Creates individual task estimates and conducts small meetings with business, IT department and/or MIS team.
Acts as primary responsible for small to moderate requests and delegates tasks to Associate BIAs and external contractors. Also provides some coaching to and oversight of Associate BIAs and external contractors.
Develops, manages, schedules and prioritizes work based on business needs and available resources
Designs project plans, tasks and timelines for small to medium projects, assigns and monitors tasks as needed and then provide verbal and written status reports as directed
Maintain proper attendance and punctuality to ensure that the department is operated in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Ability to work on an USX site or USX customer location site while performing the essential functions of this position.
KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline from a four-year college or university
7-10 years of relevant experience
7 years of ETL experience using tools such as SSIS, Informatica, BizTalk
Required knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint
Ability to use case analysis and knowledge of business domain,
Strong conceptual and analytic skills

Technical Experience Preferred: RulePoint - Complex Event ProcessingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
